I have now given my responsibilities of Project Leader for our OCC endeavor to my faithful and dedicated co-chair, Cheryl Allen. She will carry on in my place, and I am certain she will do it wonderfully. She now has 4 dedicated girls beside her: Beth Schultz, Marilyn DeYoung, Debbie Romein, and Kay Hernandez, who come each week and stand beside her to help in anything she needs. I am confident that the work we do will continue and prosper with these girls, and all the women of the congregation who assist at home or in other ways to finish a task. Thank you, too, Carole, for everything you put your hand to: crafting, creating, painting. We couldn’t do it without you! To all who rise to the call when something is needed, and to those who sew those beautiful dresses, shorts and hats for these kids, my sincerest thanks for your dedication. Thank you for supporting me all these years, too!. Our project has grown exponentially over the years to what we accomplish today, but I couldn’t do it alone. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for the privilege of working with you. -Gail Knoll
