CHURCH NEWS:

OCC: We thank all who have blessed our way with help in various ways. St. Patty’s Day is coming up. Grab the gold and green coins necklaces, etc. that don’t speak of luck but are colorful and playful. We also need a core group of volunteers to continue on with our OCC project in time to come. You don’t need to lead. You can do it around your schedule, and choose what you can and cannot do. It’s easy!! We just need helpers who can work through the year, keeping up with
the mundane things: inventories, wrapping or unwrapping items, gluing cards to lids, etc. Please contact Gail if you are willing to lend a hand!

Search Committee: If you would like to be on the Search Committee for a new pastor, please contact Jim Witvoet or Glen Oosterhoff. Thank You

Youth Group: You will be meeting this afternoon at 4:30. You will not be meeting next Sunday.

Consistory will meet this Tuesday, March 18th. If you are interested in joining church or requesting baptism, please talk to Pastor Knoll prior to the Elder’s meeting.

King’s Daughters: We will be meeting this Tuesday, March 18th at 7pm. Continue reading Chapter 2 on Sarah, pp. 36-50. See me today for work sheets coinciding with the chapter. Thank You, Gail.

Food Pantry. We had 16 families and 45 people at the food pantry on Saturday, March 8th . The St. Anne Food Pantry accepts any non-perishable food items. We can use the following: canned pasta, Knorr Sides, jelly, pancake mix. Thanks for all your donations!! Please place items on food cart in the Fellowship Hall by Friday, March 21st. Please consider planting an extra plant this season to harvest in the fall for donation to the Food Pantry. Your kindness is so much appreciated by the families. The “freshly grown” items are thoroughly a blessing to these families. Thank You

New Hymnals are ordered, should arrive in the next few weeks.

Evangelism Station: Check out the new items in the Evangelism Station in the Narthex. There are options for children and adults. Please take and use any items as you share the Good News! Enjoy!

The 2025 Flower schedule is now up in the Narthex. If you would like to furnish flowers for a particular Sunday, please sign your name on the list.

Saturday, August 2nd will be our 2nd annual Block Party. Time will be from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm. We will be having food, games, bounce houses and fun along with Larry Wertz, a Christian illusionist joining us for entertainment. Start praying about who you can invite to join us.
